Andrea Anders
Anders is from Madison, Wisconsin. She was raised in DeForest but is currently in Los Angeles. In 1993 she was a graduate of DeForest Area High school in DeForest Wisconsin. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point in 1997. In 2001, she received a Master of Fine Arts from Rutgers University. From 2006 to 2015, Anders and her former Joey co-star Matt LeBlanc, who met during the filming of the sitcom that ended in a rerun, began dating. Sean Anders directs her (Sex Drive, never Thawed). Anders began her career in the theater as early as 2001. In the Broadway show Proof She was Mary Louise Parker's Understudy. Then, in The Graduate, Anders played Elaine Robinson. Alongside On the Jump, New Doors which was staged at the Guthrie Theater and New World Rhapsody, she also appeared at the Arena Stage in On the Jump, New Doors, at the Guthrie Theater. Anders began her acting career in May 2007 at The Geffen Playhouse production of Fat Pig. The role she played was Jeannie an accountant Fat Pig closed on July 1, 2007. Anders was the first actress to make an appearance in an Dannon commercial which ran throughout the years 1990 and 2006. Anders is a member of Joey, as Alex Garrett the lawyer and The Class (nee Campbell) as Nicole Allen - an ex footballer's wife. Even though she appeared in each show, they ended up being cancelled. Anders was also seen making guest appearances for One Life to Live, Law & Order, The Guiding Light as well as Tru Calling. The actress appeared in five shows of HBO's dramatic show Oz in 2003. She played Donna Degenhart. In 2004, she played Heather as Heather in The Stepford Wives. And in 2008, Brandy made a small appearance as Brandy on Sex Drive. Anders also appeared as Brandy in 2008's movie Sex Drive. Anders was also a part of two TV pilots that did not succeed. Spellbound and News To Me were the two television pilots which failed. Most recently, Anders was cast in Better Off Ted, a single-camera workplace comedy composed by Victor Fresco for ABC.
